CONSULTATION
The initial phase of the consultation process is on-site at the client’s residence. At this stage, we aim at understanding your primary objective to get a sense of your expectations and the general idea of your budget. PLANNING
This stage marks the beginning of the custom blueprint for your pool design. We provide you with a design presentation to ensure every detail is what you expect. At this stage, we encourage you to provide feedback for revision.

QUOTING
After receiving your approval on the final designâ€, ‬we schedule a meeting to present the quotation and discuss other pool and landscape optionsâ€, ‬colour schemesâ€, ‬and different materialsâ€. ‬We provide you with a clear-cut and detailed quotation to ensure our client understands every aspect of the project without any difficultyâ€.‬
PERMITS
Once you approve the quotation, we complete the permit drawings to let the permit process initiate. The timeframe may vary depending on the requirements of your local municipality.

MATERIALS
At this stage, our team of professionals schedule a meeting to review and confirm the different materials for the project.
CONSTRUCTION
​After the permits and the materials are approved, we begin the construction process. The first step involves the backyard's layout and confirming any last-minute changes to achieve precision. We start digging, pool construction and plumbing, followed by landscape and carpentry tasks.

INSPECTION
​Dreamyard Pool will arrange a final inspection with the municipality before installing the liner. Once the review is complete, our skilled personnel will install the pool liner.
HANDOVER
At the completion, our project manager ensures that you are happy with the outcome and our service has matched or outperformed your expectations. We offer a pool tutorial to help you understand the nuts and bolts of pool ownership and how you can make the most of your pool and its features to enjoy a dream vacation with your family and friends right in your backyard!
